Paperdrop

Drop a document. Find it forever.

Paperdrop reads invoices and receiving paperwork once, at upload, then makes every field — vendor, invoice number, PO number, line items — searchable for good. In development, heading toward a real retail pilot.

How it works

From a pile of paper to found forever

  1. Beat 1 of 6

    The pile

Boxes of invoices and receiving slips, sorted by year, by vendor, by whatever system worked last time. KORYSE's founder once hand-filed 35 kg of paperwork before building a way out of it.

  2. Beat 2 of 6

    Drop

One document — a PDF, JPG, or PNG — dragged into Paperdrop. That's the entire filing step.

  3. Beat 3 of 6

    Read

Digital PDFs are read with local text extraction; scans go through AI vision. Vendor, invoice number, PO number, dates, and line items (ISBN, SKU, UPC) come out the other side, field by field.

  4. Beat 4 of 6

    Confirm

Every extracted field is shown back for review. Low-confidence fields are flagged so a person checks them — Paperdrop assists, it doesn't decide alone.

  5. Beat 5 of 6

    Stamp

Once confirmed, the document is assigned a reference code (for example, PD-26CT-K7Q2M9), the original is secured in the cloud, and the audit trail starts logging who did what, when.

  6. Beat 6 of 6

    Found forever

Type an ISBN or a PO number and the document surfaces immediately — its paired receiving paper one click away, matched automatically by PO number. The filing cabinet retires, on your organization's own retention policy.

What's built in

Built for paperwork that has to hold up later

Auto-pairing by PO

Invoices and receiving papers pair automatically by PO number.

Duplicate detection

Repeat uploads are caught automatically, before they create a mess.

Exception flagging

Anything that doesn't pair or match cleanly is flagged, not buried.

Full audit trail

A record of who did what, and when, for every document.

Admin and Staff roles

Admins manage users, settings, and categories; staff upload, search, and pair documents.

Configurable categories, FY, and branding

Categories, fiscal year, and branding are configurable per organization.

Swappable storage adapter

Cloud storage runs through an adapter layer, built to be swapped per client.

Search costs nothing to run

AI reads a document once, at upload; searching it back costs nothing to run.
