Privacy Policy
This is a plain-English draft, written to be consistent with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). It has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet.
What information we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, company name (optional), the service you're interested in, and your message. We don't collect any other personal information, and this site does not use cookies or analytics tracking in this version.
How your form submission is processed
Contact form submissions are sent through Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service, which delivers your message to our inbox. Web3Forms handles the information you submit only to relay it to us — it is not used by KORYSE for any other purpose. Review Web3Forms' own privacy policy for how they handle data in transit.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit for one purpose: responding to your inquiry. We don't sell or rent your information to third parties, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking first.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set cookies and does not run analytics or tracking scripts in this version. If that changes in a future version, this page will be updated first, and the "last updated" date below will change.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, plus a reasonable period afterward for our own records, then delete them.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA, you can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. To do any of that, email tom@koryse.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
